Camden County has announced plans for five clinics that will offer vaccines against both seasonal and swine flu.

But there's a catch, officials say. People can receive only one vaccination per week, so it will take two tries to get the maximum protection.

Winter Weather Advisory issued

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Camden, Gloucester and northeastern Burlington counties, as well as the surrounding region.

The advisory is in effect until 4 p.m. and states that snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches is possible, with the highest total to the north and east of Philadelphia.

Took my girls to see The Nutcracka last night at the Scottish Rite Theater and I stand amazed at the talent that was in that place! This cast was AWESOME! Way cool! Amazing talent! EXCEPTIONAL! The choreography was fantastic! The show moved at a great pace so you were not bored in the least bit!!!!

A stranger walking past the social hall of Congregation M'kor Shalom in Cherry Hill on a recent night would have observed a seemingly unexceptional scene. A pingpong table was being used by two men, several others sat watching a TV in the back of the room, and several sat at tables set up near a buffet table.

But what has been happening there is far from ordinary.

Twelve homeless men have been living at the Cherry Hill synagogue for the past two weeks and today are expected to move out and into the First Baptist Church in Collingswood.

Though the weekend weather was frightful, the temperatures show it was more delightful.

As South Jersey moves from autumn into winter, it seems like it's been abnormally cold. But the truth is temperatures were four degrees above average during November and December, according to Dave Heavener, meteorologist for the National Weather Service in Westampton.
